DIY: Anthropologie Inspired Pink Stone Necklace

Stone statement necklaces are a great way to dress up a simple top. When I saw this one from Anthropologie for $178, I was inspired to make my own.
For only about $15 in supplies, this is my version:
I used a different type of chain & stone, but I love the hot pink & gold color combo!

DIY: Restoration Hardware Inspired Mirror

This Restoration Hardware mirror is gorgeous, BUT if you don't have $850 to spend, I found a great DIY option!
This Allen Roth mirror from Lowe's has the same great shape for only $65. For another $8, you can spray paint the frame any color you want. I'm hoping to try this soon with gold or copper for my new apartment!

DIY: Frabric Monogram Letters

These letters make a great decorative accessory for any room. You can find these cardboard or wooden letters at any craft store in various sizes and the possibilities are endless when it comes to fabric selection! I actually used some scraps I had leftover from various other projects.
Step 1: Cover front of letter with a generous layer of Mod Podge.
Step 2: Place the fabric on top of your letter with the pattern side up and cover with another layer of Mod Podge. Let dry at least 30 min. Apply as many layers of Mod Podge as desired (I did two layers for these).
Step 3: Trim excess fabric and wrap edges around the letter. I used hot glue to secure the fabric edges to the back of the letters.
...and you're done! :)
